Developers voluntarily build permanently deed-restricted workforce units in exchange for annexation, density, height, lot-coverage, and fee incentives. Teton Valley Housing is the City's Authorized Administrator: we set annual price ceilings, qualify households, and run the lottery.

A new deed-restricted ownership neighborhood on the former TNC parcel, planned for people employed in Teton Valley. Conceptual design is complete and a community task force shaped the plan. Gap funding is sought through the Signal West Catalyst Fund.
Ninety rental homes in Victor, 55 of them deed-restricted at 80 to 120% AMI with local preference. Backed by a $4M Idaho Workforce Housing Fund award. Broke ground in 2025; leasing is expected to begin in spring 2027.
Completed in 2022 at Depot and Front, the first project built with Teton Valley Housing. Thirty-four homes over retail and live-work space, 30 of them income-restricted for households at 30 to 60% AMI.
